Mila's lost her drinking buddies
Mila Kunis thinks she is too old to have "drinking buddies" now she's 30.
The 30-year-old actress is the face of bourbon Jim Beam and does enjoy a tipple now and then. However, her drinking habits have changed as she's got older.
"My favourite drinking buddies are all married with children, so they’re no longer drinking buddies. What am I, 20? I don’t know, I don’t really have any drinking buddies… I guess your significant other would be your best drinking buddy," the girlfriend of Ashton Kutcher told parade.condenast.com.
Although Mila's favourite drink is bourbon, she doesn't mind if people don't like it. The star doesn't judge people on their beverage of choice, citing her father as the reason why.
"My dad likes an apple martini," she laughed. "Good luck judging my dad, he’s six-foot-four and a big, burly man, but he likes an apple martini. I, on the other hand, am a girl and I like Jim Beam black label on the rocks. I don’t think it says anything, just whatever your palette is."
Mila began acting lessons when she was nine and quickly won roles in commercials. Her first long-running part was in That '70s Show, which is where she met Ashton - although the pair didn't get together until many years later.
She is proud to have achieved such career longevity, admitting she has changed a lot over the last decade. Mila feels like a completely different person to who she was at 20, explaining she has made a lot of mistakes but doesn't regret any of them.
"I think the twenties is where you make a lot of mistakes and your thirties is where you implement all of the lessons you’ve learned and you hope by forty you’ve figured it out," she said. "So I think there’s a lot of things I didn’t know, and I still don’t know today that in forty years I’ll be like ‘I didn’t know any of this.'"
