Miley Cyrus has got herself a new tattoo.
The 18-year-old singer-actress, who already has four pieces of body art, has added a dream catcher on her torso to her collection.
"It's a picture of the dream catcher that hangs over her bed with four feathers to represent her four brothers and sisters - the dream catcher is to protect them," Miley's friend told People.com.
Miley, who has four siblings, including Brandi, 23, Trace, 21, Braison, 16, and Noah, 11, already has a heart and a small cross on her fingers, the word 'love' on her ear and the phrase 'just breathe' on her rib cage in a tribute of a close friend who died of cystic fibrosis.
The new tattoo comes months after her parents Billy Ray and Leticia 'Tish' filed for divorce last October.
"All of Miley's tattoos have a deep meaning to her. They all represent family and friends close to her," the friend added.
