Miley Cyrus: I'm connected to late pet

Miley Cyrus

Miley Cyrus feels "connected" to her dead dog after performing at a concert last night.

The 20-year-old star took to the stage for the VH1 Divas event, performing a rendition of Billy Idol's Rebel Yell.

Last week the blonde singer revealed her two-year-old pup Lila had passed away, but Miley feels sure her pet would be proud she is carrying on with her life.

"feeling connected to my baby girl Lila after tonight. i know she's up in doggy heaven proud of her mommy for staying strong (sic)," she shared with her Twitter followers.

The Can't Be Tamed singer has always been close to her pets and often posts pictures of her dogs online.

Last week, Miley shared a picture of herself cuddling two of her other puppies.

"This is just what mommy needed. These precious babies still here on earth are just what the doctor ordered. #pupsheal (sic)," she wrote.

The former Hannah Montana star seems to have taken the death of her beloved pet very badly and has posted several sad messages since she passed away.

Many of the singer's fans have been offering virtual support by posting sympathetic responses.

"stay strong ? (sic)," one user said, while another added: "OMG I LOVE YOU SO MUCH."

Yorkshire terrier Lila was taken to hospital with a mystery ailment in October.

Miley is still a proud mom to pups Ziggy, Floyd, Happy and Mary Jane.

Gemini:

This is a good time to establish a routine. Create a schedule that strikes a nice balance between your personal and professional lives. You're the type of person who needs plenty of intellectual stimulation outside of work. If you've been spending too much time at the office, reduce your hours. This may mean less money, but you can't put a price on happiness. You might even decide to take a job with unconventional hours so you can play sports or spend more time outdoors.More
