Miley 'planning Hemsworth holidays'
Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have reportedly "forgiven each other" and are back in contact.
The American star and Australian actor confirmed their engagement was over in September. Their relationship had reportedly been on the rocks for months before their break-up.
Liam was then linked to Mexican actress Eiza González, while Miley has sparked rumours of romance with rapper Juicy J, Rolling Stone magazine heir Theo Wenner and record producer Mike WiLL.
Amid the speculation, the former couple are said to have put their differences behind them.
"Liam and Miley are back in touch. They've forgiven each other and are even talking about meeting up, probably around Thanksgiving. Miley is super excited," a source told HollywoodLife.com.
Miley apparently hopes Liam will be attendance for her milestone 21st birthday on November 23.
"Miley and Liam talking has led her to invite him to her birthday festivities since when they were together they talked about her 21st birthday for quite awhile, so she is hoping and expecting him to show up," a second insider added.
Liam insisted he is "extremely happy" for his ex-fiancée's success earlier this week in an interview with Extra TV.
Miley's birthday falls on the same date as the American Music Awards, where she and other musicians including Justin Timberlake and Lady Gaga will perform.
While the LA event may take up most of her evening, Miley won't let the bash effect her celebrations.
"Miley's planning a huge party at a house in the Hollywood Hills. It's perfect timing because everyone will be in town for the AMAs," the source continued. "It's going to be even crazier than the one she had last year."
