Cheryl Cole embarrassed fellow X Factor judge Dannii Minogue by letting slip her breast-feeding habits.

The Fight For This Love star revealed she had respect for her fellow X Factor judge, who has had to balance work on the show with being a mum to five-month-old son Ethan.

"I have a huge amount of admiration for Dannii this year, just having a baby - she's literally breast-feeding until one second before we go on stage," she blurted out at a press conference in London.

As Dannii hid her face in her hands, Cheryl - whose two acts Cher Lloyd and Rebecca Ferguson will be battling for the X Factor crown with Matt Cardle and One Direction - added: "I think she looks absolutely incredible and she is a gorgeous woman."

The blushing Australian judge, who is mentor to favourite Matt, joked: "I'm looking for the button where I can just go down now!", adding: "Yes, the baby is backstage the whole time."

Asked about the style wars between the judges, Dannii said: "The fashion side of it is really fun. Cheryl and I love our wardrobes and it's always fun to get dressed up for an occasion. It certainly feels like an event every weekend and while our job is to do the best we can for the contestants, why not make a show of it?"

Cheryl added: "For me, it's not a catwalk show, it's a talent show and it's about the contestants. I get more excited about them."

Simon Cowell couldn't resist a quip: "Doesn't anyone want to ask about the Louis Walsh and Simon style wars?" to which Louis replied: "At least I change. You either have a black suit or a grey one."

Beware of spending beyond your means. Sticking to a budget will help you survive the festive season relatively unscathed. It will be easier than you think to let your grip on the purse strings slip especially as the big day draws near. Let Christmas be about loving, sharing and giving. Spend quality time preparing food, making decorations and playing games together. If you haven't sent all your cards or round robin emails give some thought about what you will be sharing with others this year.More
