Mob Wives' Marissa Jade becomes first Celebrity Big Brother evictee
Marissa Jade blamed the lack of support from the U.K. public for her early Celebrity Big Brother exit.
Mob Wives star Marissa Jade became the first famous face to be booted out of the Celebrity Big Brother house in Tuesday night's (08Aug17) eviction.
The 34-year-old star was clearly unimpressed by her early exit, blaming it on the fact that few people in the U.K. know who she is. However, she put on a brave face for her departure, showcasing her incredible figure in a curve-hugging red dress as she made her way down the stairs for her post-eviction interview with host Emma Willis.
Naturally, the main topic on Emma's mind was the fledgling romance between Marissa and Ex On The Beach hottie Jordan Davies.
Jordan had called time on the relationship due to his belief that Marissa was just after a "showmance", but the stunning brunette seemed to hint there could be potential for a romance outside of the house.
"I'm definitely going to see him on the outside," she smiled. "We have mutual friends, and there's a lot of people I want to keep in touch with... He's amazing, he's a good soul. He's very animated and full of life, but I love that about him. He's well grounded."
Despite that, the seriousness of her feelings towards the Ibiza Weekender star seem to be firmly on the casual side, with Marissa adding: "He was fun. I wasn't really taking his actions seriously... I really didn't know how he felt up until yesterday. I just said, let's go with the flow!"
Marissa is just one of the American stars hoping for success on this series of Celebrity Big Brother, alongside Brandi Glanville, Chad Johnson and Trisha Paytas.
However, she told Emma that she thinks it's because she's only really started making a name for herself in America that she didn't get the backing she wanted in England.
"I don't think I have enough support out here. I really didn't know what the public wanted from me, it felt like I was the underdog," she mused. "A lot of the housemates are from the UK and on more memorable shows. I was only on last season of mine, and I'm American, so I wasn't confident with my fan base."
