Moore, Willis ‘give daughter ultimatum'
Demi Moore and Bruce Willis’ daughter was reportedly “adversely affected” by the former couple’s divorce.
Tallulah Willis, 20, is rumoured to have checked into a treatment facility last month after suffering from alcohol and cocaine abuse, according to America’s People magazine.
While the family has yet to comment on the claims, the outlet reports Tallulah had little choice but to seek help after a sit-down with her parents.
"Tallulah was pretty much given an ultimatum,” a purported insider said.
“Her parents were about to take away everything from her.”
The claims follow Tallulah’s candid admission earlier this month about her struggle with body dysmorphia, a condition which causes to look at themselves in a distorted way.
She recalled reading tabloids in her teen years and feeling “ugly” in her interview with StyleLikeU.
“I believed the strangers more than the people who loved me because why would the people who love me be honest?” she shared.
"That made me start to dress showing off my boobs and my butt and those things that I was getting attention for.”
The fashion blogger was also reportedly “adversely affected” by her parents divorce in 2000, after 12 years of marriage, a source told People.
Demi and Bruce are now said to be giving their daughter their full support, with People’s insider claiming they have visited Tallulah in treatment.
The two stars are said to take very different approaches to their daughter, however, according to the report.
"If Bruce suspected that Tallulah had any kind of substance abuse problem, he would have demanded for her to get help," the source said, adding, “Demi's take is that Tallulah is still very young and trying to find herself."
