Morgan Freeman: Retirement is alien

Morgan Freeman

Morgan Freeman insists retirement is a "foreign word" to him.

The 75-year-old actor has enjoyed a lengthy career in Hollywood and won a host of awards. Although some men his age may be thinking about reducing their workload, Morgan has no interest in winding down.

"Retirement? That's a foreign word for me. I am always desperately searching for new roles same way as I did as 25-year-old whippersnapper," he told German TV station Tele 5. "Whoever quits is already done - that's the way I see it. I need a reason to get up in the morning."

Morgan likes to keep in shape so he can cope with the demands of his career.

The star also swears by a specific eating regime, which sees him eat one main meal and then stave off any hunger pangs with healthy snacks.

"I only eat once a day that has to be enough," he explained. "In the evenings there are some grapes and nuts at the most."

Gemini:

This is a good time to establish a routine. Create a schedule that strikes a nice balance between your personal and professional lives. You're the type of person who needs plenty of intellectual stimulation outside of work. If you've been spending too much time at the office, reduce your hours. This may mean less money, but you can't put a price on happiness. You might even decide to take a job with unconventional hours so you can play sports or spend more time outdoors.More
