Morse shown the Dancing On Ice door

Laila Morse has been voted off Dancing On Ice

EastEnders actress Laila Morse became the second celebrity to exit Dancing On Ice after she lost a skate-off against former child actor Corey Feldman.

The actress, who plays Mo Harris in the soap, came last in the judges votes after scoring just 9.5 out of 30 with her partner Lukasz Rozycki.

The 66-year-old, who was the oldest contestant this year, was then forced by the public vote to skate for survival, but all three judges decided to save The Goonies star Corey instead.

Head judge Robin Cousins told her "I admire your courage" after she battled through the performance with a shoulder injury.

Fellow judge Louie Spence added: "I'm going for the strongest overall performance in the skate-off. For me, that was Corey."

Laila did not appear too disappointed at exiting the show, and said she felt she had coped well with her injury.

Meanwhile Emmerdale actor Matthew Wolfenden said he was "chuffed to bits" after being awarded the highest score of the series with 20.5 from the judges following his leather-clad display.

Judge Katarina Witt, an Olympic champion ice skater, gave him and partner Nina Ulanova seven out of 10.

"It was seven definitely for the right reasons, just for your skating skills. Definitely not for how hot you guys are, how sexy you are, how great your body movement is."

Louie gushed: "It was an explosive performance. It was almost perfect."
