Myleene Klass has opened up about the collapse of her marriage, admitting it felt like "a bereavement".
The TV presenter and singer was said to be devastated when she and husband Graham Quinn split last year after just a few months of marriage, but she has now revealed that although it was very painful, the break-up helped her to discover how strong she really was.
She told The Sun's Fabulous magazine of the split: "It's like a bereavement... it's a loss.
"I've had to look at it as positively as I can. People say these things make you stronger - but it's more that I didn't realise how strong I already was."
Myleene revealed she has been focusing on her two daughters with Graham, five-year-old Ava and two-year-old Hero.
"Sitting there wallowing and feeling sorry for yourself doesn't help anyone," said the star.
"I've learned to be like water - keep on finding the cracks that lead to the river. Just keep on moving."
