Naomi Campbell is reportedly "an absolute nightmare" to work for.
The 42-year-old fashion icon is rumoured to be looking for a new assistant.
Apparently Naomi has a foul tongue and will lash out at any person within close range when she's angry.
"Naomi is an absolute nightmare. Her staffers are all scared to death of her," a source told Star magazine.
"When they speak out of turn, she spews profanities."
In a dozen years, Naomi has been accused of abusing her employees ten times.
It is said that the supermodel's habits haven't changed that much over the past decade.
"Naomi's new thing is having her assistants constantly juggle her four cell phones, making sure they are all answered and texts are replied to promptly," the source said.
"But she is so critical. I don't envy anyone who takes that job!"
In 2000 Naomi pled guilty to assaulting her assistant Georgina Galanis with her mobile phone.
In 2007 Naomi also pled guilty to attacking her former housemaid Ana Scolavino.
In both cases, Naomi settled with the victims and took anger management courses.
