Naya and Big Sean engaged
Naya Rivera showed off her impressive new engagement ring at a Hollywood event last night.
The Glee actress showed off her stunning square-cut diamond engagement ring at Latina magazine’s Hollywood Hot List Party on Thursday night. Her representative confirmed to Just Jared that she is set to marry her rapper beau.
The proposal has clearly left the 26-year-old beauty in high spirits, and she was glowing while posing for photographs on the red carpet, wearing a low-cut camisole and silky black trousers.
Big Sean – real name Sean Anderson – was unable to accompany his new fiancée to the event, as he was performing in Toronto.
Naya and Big Sean went public with their relationship at the 42 film premiere in April after meeting online. Naya first became interested in the hunk after seeing him in a magazine photoshoot and friends persuaded her to reach out to him.
“I had followed him and he sent me a little message like, ‘I’m a fan.’ I tweeted that I followed him, I was trying to get his attention,” Naya previously explained about how the pair met. “We went to dinner and the rest is history.”
Big Sean recently joked that their relationship was a typical modern romance.
“It’s definitely the classic fairy tale,” Big Sean joked. “It started on Twitter!”
Last month, Naya hinted that she was thinking about settling down with the 25-year-old.
“We’ve been together for a minute now. It’s going really well,” she smiled, before being asked if she can see herself having a family with Big Sean. “Absolutely!” she beamed.
Naya and Big Sean have collaborated on the track, Sorry, for the brunette’s forthcoming debut album.
Meanwhile, a new promo for Glee’s tribute to late cast member Cory Monteith has aired in the US.
In the clip, a cover of Bob Dylan's Make You Feel My Love plays while the cast are seen putting together a memorial at Finn Hudson’s old locker.
Kurt – played by Chris Colfer – and Rachel – played by Cory’s real-life girlfriend Lea Michele – also appear in images, where they are seen crying.
