Nigella gets the Eurovision gig
Nigella Lawson is swapping recipe cards for score cards, after confirming she is getting involved in the Eurovision Song Contest.
The TV cook - known for her sultry voice - will be reading out the voting results for the UK during the final on Saturday night.
Lawson confirmed the news on Twitter, writing: "Yes, it's true. Oui, c'est vrai. Ja, das ist wahr."
This year marks the 60th anniversary of the musical competition and will see Australia take part for the first time.
The UK will be represented by pop duo Electro Velvet, made up of Alex Larke and Bianca Nicholas, who will perform the song Still In Love With You.
It was recently revealed that US cooking show The Taste, on which Lawson is a judge, has been axed. But she will be returning for a new series of her BBC2 show Simply Nigella later this year.
