Nikki Reed has spoken about how much she and her other Twilight film franchise castmembers “care about each other” and the possibility of hosting a reunion for the ensemble.

The actress starred opposite Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, Peter Facinelli, Taylor Lautner and Ashley Greene in the hit film franchise based off Stephenie Meyer’s supernatural novels.

The final movie in the series, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2, was released in November of last year.

Nikki told People magazine that the ensemble’s “undeniable” bond with one another still goes strong.

"I think that we will all continue to put in the effort. We're always all over the place and it's hard to find each other. It does take work, but I think we all care about each other,” she revealed to the publication.

Apparently the ensemble feels more like a family than an assembly of colleagues.

Nikki believes that a Twilight reunion is in order.

"Peter [Facinelli] was like, 'Hey, should we do like every Sunday brunch?' I said, 'Sure, if I'm in town, I'm in.' I'm positive there will be a massive reunion,” she said.

“I'm not sure who is going to organise it, but I am happy to."
