No probe over Willoughby dress

Communications watchdog Ofcom has decided not to investigate complaints about Holly Willoughby's choice of low-cut dress on the final of The Voice.

The presenter wore a racy black lace maxi dress which attracted more than 100 complaints to the BBC about the show, which was broadcast in the main before the watershed.

Thirty people complained to Ofcom but the organisation said it would not investigate.

The BBC apologised after the show but Holly's This Morning co-host Phillip Schofield leapt to her defence after viewers complained about her ''unsuitable'' choice last month.

He tweeted: "139 complaints over Holly's gorgeous Voice dress. Let's hope those outraged on behalf of their kids don't take them to the beach this summer...God forbid they might see a woman in a bikini before 9pm and be traumatised by the sight of her cleavage!''
