Odom: Khloé and I are fine
Khloé Kardashian's husband insists they're doing well despite divorce rumours.
The reality star's embattled husband is reportedly training for a NBA comeback at his alma mater, the University of Rhode Island.
An insider tells E! News Lamar arrived to the Kingston campus on Sunday wearing his wedding ring despite rumours Khloé had consulted a divorce lawyer.
Lamar reportedly addressed the claims head-on, telling students on campus: "Khloé and I are fine. She's in Australia right now and I'm sure we'll be seeing each other again soon."
Khloé and Lamar have reportedly been on the rocks for months amid allegations of infidelity and drug abuse on his part.
But the former professional athlete, who has played for the Los Angeles Lakers and the Clippers, is said to be making a comeback.
"He's in tip-top shape and ready to play," a source said, noting that a "verbal deal is in place" for Lamar to return to the Clippers.
Lamar was seen greeting several students on campus in photos published by E!
Insiders said the star looked "happy and healthy".
"There were swarms of students ditching class and running over to meet him, and he just kept smiling and saying hello to all of his fans. He was personable to everyone, and just had an overall good attitude," the insider recalled.
Khloé shared her thoughts on her troubled union with Lamar in an episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians that aired earlier this month.
"I'm at war with myself," she revealed. "I want to help him but maybe sometimes the best help is stepping away. Sometimes things are bigger than yourself and I don't have a plan. I don't know what the next step is."
