Olivia Munn: I need real love

Olivia Munn is not eager to meet fans who go on television and call her their girlfriend.

The Newsroom actress is currently dating NFL star Aaron Rodgers and has some very clear ideas about romance. She appeared on the Today Show on Tuesday, where the hosts showed a video of a fan calling her his girlfriend. However, Olivia wasn’t as head over heels as her admirer.

“That's just not what you do, go out with people who say things about you on TV,” the 33-year-old actress laughed when asked if she would meet the eager fan.

“I actually meet people in real life. Like a human being. I don't just go to like the Today Show and go, 'Hmm who talked about me today? Where's my next boyfriend?'”

While Olivia didn’t chat about her new beau, he has been happy to discuss their romance. The pair are thought to have grown close after spending time together at the 49th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards in Las Vegas in April, with the sportsman admitting things are going well.

“I understand what comes with it. And the last couple years, I've learned a lot about perspective and what's important,” he told ESPN Wisconsin.

Before her latest romance Olivia was with actor Joel Kinnaman. It’s not known exactly when they broke up, but they are said to have ended things on good terms following two years together.

“A lot had to do with distance. He’s back filming in Toronto and she’s now in LA for good,” a source previously said.

“They were actually close friends before they even started dating. So they’ve been able to stay really good friends even through the breakup. It’s just made things much easier for both of them,” a second insider explained.
