Olivia Wilde apparently told guests at a magazine party that she will marry her fiancé Jason Sudeikis in spring 2014.
The Hollywood stars announced they were engaged in January after dating for a few years. It seems they have been busy making plans for the wedding, with New York Post claiming a date has now been set. Olivia and Jason will reportedly tie the knot in spring 2014 in a ceremony in upstate New York.
Apparently the 29-year-old actress has also chosen Monique Lhuillier to design dresses for her bridesmaids.
According to the publication, Olivia divulged details about her wedding while attending a party to celebrate her appearing on the April cover of Marie Claire magazine. While enjoying the bash at The General in New York City, bride-to-be Olivia happily spoke to guests about her plans. She also admitted that her long engagement to comic star Jason goes against her family’s trend of tying the knot soon after a marriage proposal.
Olivia was previously married to Italian prince Tao Ruspoli, with the pair divorcing in 2011.
She first met Jason on the set of US TV programme Saturday Night Live that same year. Olivia knew there was something special about him, even though at that time she wasn’t looking for a serious relationship.
The beauty recently revealed that going through her marriage breakdown made her realise Jason was the perfect person for her.
“I'm so grateful for the pain and the heartbreak,” she explained. “It gave me the courage to leave and brought me the great love of my life.”
The pair went on their first date six months later and Olivia was very nervous. She feared she wouldn’t be “beautiful enough or his type”.
