Ora: I flirt to put singers at ease
Rita Ora has said her flirting on The Voice is harmless - and a way of making contestants feel comfortable.
The singer said that no-one ever made her feel at ease when she was trying to make it.
In the first episode of the new BBC One series, Rita swoons when she sees one contestant, and calls him "really hot" and "handsome".
The star, 24, said that her flirting was "always harmless".
She added: "I like to make people feel comfortable, regardless of the situation."
Rita, who replaces Kylie Minogue as the only female coach, added: "No-one really did that for me and I wish they did, so it's about cracking the ice so they can do what they came here to do, which was to blow us away."
The Voice newbie, who's currently dating rapper Ricky Hil, the son of designer Tommy Hilfiger, also admitted she got carried away and turned around for too many people at the start of the Blind Auditions.
"In the beginning, I was like 'ding, ding', and Will said, 'Do you know how many people we've got to see? Be careful!'."
