Kelly Osbourne has been given "a clean bill of health" and has been released from hospital.
The Fashion Police co-host had been under observation at Los Angeles' Cedars Sinai hospital after suffering a seizure during the filming of the E! TV show.
"Thank you to all the Doctors Nurses Medical Staff & Employees @CedarsSinai Hospital for fixing me enough to go home. It's so nice to bein bed!" she tweeted.
Her spokesman told E! News that she will resume filming on Fashion Police later this week.
"After a five-day hospital stay, Kelly Osbourne has returned home and has been given a clean bill of health by her doctor," they said.
"Doctors ran numerous tests and determined that this was most likely a one-time episode of which there are no conclusive results. She is looking forward to returning to Fashion Police this week and getting back to business and life as usual."
The 28-year-old had been in hospital since last Thursday, when she collapsed on set.
She previously joked that her life feels like a medical TV show: "My life is now like an episode of House - the impending fight against death and the look of fear in everyone's faces!"
