Paltrow: Keep it simple to stay fit

Gwyneth Paltrow says keeping in good shape is simple

Gwyneth Paltrow has revealed a combination of sex and "self discovery" keeps her young.

The Oscar-winning actress has often come under fire for her lifestyle advice on website Goop, but told OK! USA her philosophy on anti-ageing is simple.

She said: "Honestly, it's pretty basic stuff, like exercise and self-discovery. Looking at life as an opening and an adventure - and love and sex."

The Iron Man 3 actress said she had been discussing on-screen violence with her children recently.

"I'm dealing with this now with my seven-year-old [Moses]," she said. He's grappling with the fact that the world is unsafe and people do harmful things. After he saw Iron Man 3, we had a conversation about violence."

Gwyneth, 40, also said that her family with Coldplay's Chris Martin mattered more to her now than winning Academy Awards.

She said: "You realise that the love you have for the people in your life, and their love for you, is all that matters."

Sorting out and organising your surroundings should be your first priority. As a general rule, you don't mind an untidy workspace. As far as you're concerned, messiness is a sign of genius. There comes a point when even the most talented person has to make order from chaos. It may take a few hours to sort through all the papers that have accumulated, but take heart. Once you dispose the junk, you'll be able to zip through chores like a hot knife through butter.More
