A paparazzo was hit by a car and killed after taking pictures of Justin Bieber's white Ferrari in Los Angeles last night.
The photographer was struck by the vehicle as he attempted to cross Sepulveda Boulevard, where the pop star's luxury car was parked, after taking some shots of the eye-catching motor.
Justin's vehicle is said to have been pulled over by California Highway Patrol during a routine control, but the Baby singer was not behind the wheel.
"Justin Bieber was not in the Ferrari... We're told one of Justin's friends was driving and another friend was in the passenger seat," TMZ reports.
Los Angeles police officer James Stoughton confirmed that the unidentified male died in hospital shortly after the crash on Tuesday evening.
The paparazzo is believed to have followed Bieber's car and stopped to photograph the routine control.
He was hit by an oncoming car when he was advised by California Highway Patrol to step back because the situation was unsafe.
"Stoughton says no charges are likely to be filed against the motorist who hit the man," Fox News writes. "A call to a spokesperson for the singer was not immediately returned Tuesday night."
