Peaches Geldof dies: report
Peaches Geldof has been reported dead at the age of 25.
Police tell the network they were called to do a welfare check on a woman at an address near Wrotham, Kent on Monday afternoon.
The woman was reportedly pronounced dead by South East Coast Ambulance Service and is believed to be Peaches, the daughter of Boomtown Rats rocker Bob Geldof and late British television presenter Paula Yates.
"At this stage, the death is being treated as unexplained and sudden," reads a statement from Kent Police.
Peaches would leave behind two sons, Astala Dylan Willow, 23 months, and Phaedra Bloom Forever, 11 months, whom she shares with husband Thomas Cohen.
The couple married in September 2012.
A spokesperson for the family has yet to comment.
Peaches had a near death experience back in 2009, when a car she was travelling in spun out of control on a freeway in California.
The model and TV personality, who was 20 at the time, was on her way to Disneyland with friends when the driver’s shoe slipped on the pedals, sending the vehicle across three lanes of traffic.
The driver then posted a message online, admitting she had “almost killed” Peaches and the three other passengers while speeding.
The star and her friends were not injured in the accident.
Born in 1989, Peaches began her career writing for Elle magazine at age 15.
The following year, she began contributing to the Guardian and Telegraph newspapers.
She also presented television shows including OMG! with Peaches Geldof on ITV2, and worked as a model.
Her mother, Paula, died in 2000 after suffering a fatal drug overdose. Peaches was just 11 at the time.
In addition to her husband, sons and father, she would also leave behind sisters Fifi Trixibelle and Pixie, as well as half-sister, Tiger Lily Hutchence Geldof.
