Penélope Cruz and husband Javier Bardem shared a romantic dinner in New York City on Wednesday night after returning from a vacation in Barbados.

The Hollywood beauty is pregnant with the married couple's second child after giving birth to son Leo in January 2011.

After returning from a vacation in Barbados, the pair shared a quiet evening at A Voce Columbus in New York City on Wednesday night where they were reportedly more than happy to show their love for one another.

“They ate at the bar and were kissing one another every five seconds. They looked very happy," a fellow diner told the New York post.

Penélope was photographed showing off her gorgeous baby bump on the beach in Barbados in a black bikini. The stunning star looked relaxed as she waded in the water confidently showing off her pregnancy body and sporting a fresh-faced look.

Rumours that the couple are expecting another baby began swirling at the beginning of the year and Penélope confirmed the news last month.

“[We are] tremendously happy and very excited” her spokesperson revealed on behalf of the beauty.

The Vanilla Sky actress began dating 44-year-old Skyfall actor Javier in 2007 and the couple married in July 2010 in the Bahamas.

Penélope opened up about motherhood to America’s Vogue magazine shortly after son Leo was born in 2011.

“From the first second, you feel so much love. That's the best way I can describe it. It transforms you completely, in a second,” she explained.

The actress also called being a first-time mother a “revolutionary experience”.
