Phillip laughs off puppy incident

This Morning hosts Phillip Schofield and Christine Bleakley were left in hysterics after a passionate puppy swapped the lotus position for a more risque one during a feature on yoga for dogs.

One animal got hot under the collar with another puppy during the feature which starred Mahny Djahanguiri leading a group of pet owners in a Doga, or dog-yoga, session.

She tried to laugh off the incident, saying: "T his is live, this is another version, it's the humping dog pose."

The cameras quickly cut back to Phillip who told viewers: "That was absolutely marvellous, I'm not sure what that position was but I certainly know what it was becoming".

The show is not the first to fall foul of some inadvertent on-screen animal magic - Lulu the Elephant became a star in her own right when she ran riot in the Blue Peter studio while BBC weather presenter Carol Kirkwood was upstaged by a defecating dog on the beach at West Wittering last year.
