Pippa Middleton 'ends romance after being unsure'
Britain's Duchess of Cambridge's younger sister Pippa Middleton allegedly wasn't sure if Nico Jackson was the right man for her.
Britain's Duchess of Cambridge's sister Pippa Middleton apparently isn't ready to settle down.
The younger sister of Catherine has reportedly split with her banker boyfriend Nico Jackson after three years together. She's recently been spotted out with her ex James Matthews, who also has a famous sibling in the form of British reality TV star Spencer Matthews, from Made In Chelsea. Sources close to Pippa, 32, reveal that the brunette beauty ended her romance with Nico as she didn't see a future in it.
"Pippa and Nico have been on the rocks for the best part of a year," an insider told Britain's Grazia magazine. "It seems Pippa just wasn't ready to settle down and wasn't sure if Nico was the right man to marry."
One of the main factors apparently causing tension was the long distance aspect of their relationship. While Pippa is based in Britain, Nico has been living in Geneva for work.
"That was definitely a problem, especially as Pippa has been so busy lately - they have not had any time for each other," the source commented.
Pippa's rekindled friendship with James hasn't gone unnoticed by the press either. In August (15) she holidayed with him at his family's luxury resort, Eden Rock, in St Barths, along with her mother Carole and brother James. They were also spotted going into a house together in the British capital, with Pippa leaving the next morning.
"Pippa and James have always enjoyed a flirtation, but it's unlikely to develop into anything serious at the moment," the insider divulged.
Luckily Pippa has a lot on her plate career wise to take her mind off the alleged split at the moment. After becoming a global phenomenon thanks to the plunging bridesmaids dress she wore to Catherine and husband Prince William's 2011 wedding, which featured button detailing down the back, Pippa has become a star in her own right. She tried her hand at writing and party planning and is now training as a nutritionist.
