Posh: David now realises I work

Victoria Beckham was inspired by her sons' outfits

Victoria Beckham said husband David finally understands that she has a job - after attending one of her catwalk shows for the first time.

The LA Galaxy star attended the New York show to launch the ex-Spice Girl's autumn/winter 2012 collection.

He sat in the front row, next to US Vogue editor Anna Wintour, to look after baby daughter Harper Seven.

Victoria told the Grazia website: "This is the first time David's been to a show, actually.

"So David now realises that I have a job. I don't think he actually knew what I did."

The 37-year-old mother of four revealed that she took inspiration from her footballer husband and her sporty sons when designing her latest collection.

She said: "David did have an influence. From the beanie hat... and there was a boyfriend coat as well that was very much influenced by him.

"There was a sport element that I slightly touched on last season, this season it was very baseball with the stripes."

Victoria moved into design after her chart career, and has been so successful that her range landed the "designer brand of the year" title at the British Fashion Awards.

She said: "I get very influenced by everyday life and the baseball thing was literally me standing in the kitchen, Romeo, my son, walks in with his baseball outfit and I'm like 'OK, that's cool'. I'm designing what I want to wear and what feels right to me."

Virgo:

You'll have to make an emotional appeal to your boss. Unless things change, you might have to find another job. You're a very tolerant person, but you can't handle toxic behaviour. A colleague who takes great pleasure in making everyone feel miserable should be reprimanded. Make it clear you aren't the only person who is suffering from their abuse. Explain how this bully is ruining morale. It's a system wide problem that needs to be nipped in the bud.More
