'Pregnant' Ferne McCann arrives back in U.K. as boyfriend is charged over acid attack

The former The Only Way Is Essex star hid her figure under a loose black T-shirt worn over black leggings as she made her way through Bristol airport after her flight.

Ferne McCann arrived back in the U.K. on Sunday (23Apr17) amid claims she's expecting a baby with Arthur Collins, who has been charged over an acid attack in a London nightclub.

The former The Only Way Is Essex star hid her figure under a loose black T-shirt worn over black leggings as she made her way through Bristol airport after her flight.

Wearing a baseball cap pulled down over her eyes, Ferne appeared to be make-up free and looked nervous as she walked through the terminal, talking on her mobile phone the entire time.

She then met a family friend outside the airport, who helped her with her luggage and took her home.

Ferne's journey back to England came just hours after Collins, 25, was charged with 14 counts of wounding with intent to do grievous bodily harm (GBH) and one of throwing corrosive fluid on a person with intent to cause GBH.

Two people were left partially blinded and 20 others suffered injuries after the horrific incident at east London nightspot Mangle in the early hours of Easter Monday (17Apr17), which is said to have occurred just hours after Ferne told Collins she was pregnant with his baby.

Collins was arrested at an address in Rushden, Northamptonshire, on Saturday on suspicion of attempted murder.

"Arthur Collins, 25, was arrested at an address in Rushden, Northamptonshires on Saturday night, 22 April," Metropolitan Police said in a statement.

"Officers from the Met's Specialist Crime & Operations and Hackney Borough, with the assistance of armed officers from the East Midlands Operational Support Service and Northamptonshire Police."

Pictures from the arrest, obtained by The Sun newspaper, show that Collins was wearing just a pair of pants when he was tasered by a group of 30 armed police, after attempting to escape by climbing out of an upstairs window at the property.

According to the publication, he was taken to hospital under police guard after injuring himself during his failed escape plan. He is apparently being monitored by doctors "as a precaution".
