Presenter Steve Jones to leave T4

Steve Jones is leaving T4

Steve Jones is leave Channel 4's Sunday morning youth slot T4 after seven years, it was announced today.

The Welsh presenter, 33, has also had presenting stints on BBC One's 99 Ways To Leave A Gameshow and Let's Dance For Comic Relief.

Steve - who was a model before finding TV fame - will bow out co-hosting T4's Stars 2010 event at Earls Court on November 21.

Neil McCallum, Channel 4's head of T4 & music, said: "T4 has been synonymous over the years with launching the broadcast careers of future luminaries like Dermot O'Leary, Vernon Kay and Ben Shephard, and Steve has become part of this tradition.

"I'm grateful for his huge contribution to ensuring T4's ongoing popularity, and wish him all success in his new ventures."
