Prince Harry ‘organizing dinner for Cressida’

Cressida Bonas will reportedly be taking a “major step” by going to a private dinner party Britain’s Prince Harry is thought to have planned.

The royal is dating socialite Cressida Bonas and there has been much speculation about whether he will propose to her.

According to British newspaper The Sun, Harry has planned an informal gathering for his sweetheart at Queen Elizabeth II’s estate in Norfolk.

“This is really important for Cressy. She and Harry have been dating for over a year now and he is really serious about her,” a source explained to the publication.

“He missed her like crazy when he was away at the South Pole and couldn’t wait to see her.

“She has been staying in Norfolk and as Harry was put in charge of organising this dinner, he invited her as a private guest.

“Many of the senior royals will have left Sandringham so it will be low-key, but Cressy’s invite to this dinner party is significant and should be seen as a major step for her. She is a great influence on him and they are very much in love.”

Also thought to attend tonight’s event are Harry’s cousins, Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, who introduced him to Cressida.

The dinner party will be a welcome break for the 29-year-old prince, who faced extreme weather conditions on a trek in the South Pole for the Walking With The Wounded charity.

Harry is thought to have returned from the trek early to see Cressida before Christmas and allegedly even missed the South Pole after-party to be with her.

He spent two days with his girlfriend in Norfolk and then returned to Sandringham to be with the royal family for Christmas Eve.

Protocol dictates only married partners can join the royal festivities, so Cressida spent the holiday with their parents, who are thought to have already met the prince.
