Psy: Madonna complimented me

Psy

Psy enjoyed a tipsy conversation with Madonna at the Met Gala.

The South Korean singer attended the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume Institute Gala earlier this week, where he met the queen of pop.

Dressed in a short brunette wig in honour of the punk theme, Madonna seemed to be having a great time and merrily enjoyed a conversation with Psy.

"I was so overwhelmed, because last October I had a performance with Madonna and I met her again at Met Ball," he excitedly told Australian radio show hosts Kyle and Jackie O.

"What she told me was, 'I heard your new song, how can you do that one more time?' And then she said something I can't say and I was like, 'Oh my god, really? That means a lot,' and she said, 'No I'm drunk!'"

Psy also has a fan in the form of US President Barack Obama.

The politician recently revealed he is a dab hand and the star's Gangnam Style dance.

"Last time I visited him, he told me at the time, you know, he's really good at it. I asked him to do it but secret service doesn't let him!" he laughed.

The 35-year-old is managed by Scooter Braun, who also works with Carly Rae Jepsen and Justin Bieber.

A collaboration could be on the cards for Psy and teen icon Justin.

"I get that a lot since my debut in US. Of course I want to, he's coolest person on the planet. As a composer I'm not predicting any featuring artist before making tracks. If some tracks are really suitable, I'm gonna ask him!" he enthused.
