Pussycat Doll in search for Jesus?
Andrew Lloyd Webber is apparently courting former Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger for the judging panel of his latest TV talent show.
The lord is about to begin a nationwide search for a new lead to star in his musical Jesus Christ Superstar, to be shown on ITV, and The Sun claims he is lining up US Factor judge Nicole to help him.
A source said: "Andrew thinks the world of Nicole.
"As soon as he got the nod his new show was going to happen, Nicole was his number one target and she hugely respects his work."
The Don't Hold Your Breath singer performed the title song of The Phantom Of The Opera at The Royal Variety Performance last year as part of the 25th anniversary of Lord Lloyd-Webber's musical.
The ITV show will be called Superstar and Steve Balsamo, who starred in the West End production of Jesus Christ Superstar in the 90s, has already been confirmed as one of the judges.
Lloyd Webber has previously found stars for The Sound Of Music, Joseph And The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Oliver! and The Wizard Of Oz through BBC talent shows.
