Daniel Radcliffe is back to provide his voice talents for The Simpsons

Daniel Radcliffe is set to make a guest appearance on The Simpsons.

The former Harry Potter star has already recorded a part in the hit animated comedy, reported Entertainment Weekly.

He will play Diggs, who executive producer Al Jean said is "a combination of Holden Caulfield, Finny from A Separate Peace and the kids in Lord Of The Flies - only a little more screwed up".

The character will turn up in the upcoming series of the show, when he meets Bart Simpson.

Daniel previously had a voice role in the show in 2010 and Jean said they wanted him back because he was "terrific".

The actor's last Simpsons part saw him playing the vampire son of Dracula.
