Reese Witherspoon has given birth to a baby boy.
The actress and her husband Jim Toth confirmed the pregnancy in June.
Reese is already mother to two children, Ava and Deacon, from her previous marriage to Ryan Phillippe.
"Reese Witherspoon and husband Jim Toth welcomed Tennessee James into their family today," a rep told People magazine.
"Both mom and baby are healthy and the entire family is thrilled."
The 36-year-old star spent two nights in hospital in August, after it appeared she might go into early labour.
Reese and Jim married in March last year and Tennessee is the couple's first child together.
The pair had reportedly planned on having a baby for some time.
"Right after the wedding, Reese expressed a desire to have a baby with Jim," a source revealed earlier in the year.
"Reese has been very open with her kids about her plans to expand the family."
