Rihanna 'distances herself from Brown'

Rihanna has stopped following Chris Brown on Twitter amid reports he released a track that caused a rift between the two.

Chris has posted a remix of Kanye West's latest track TheraFlu online. He freestyled the verse, with his words seemingly insulting towards his ex-girlfriend.

"Don't f**k with my old b***hes/ like a bad fur/ every industry n***a done had her," he sang.

"Trick or treat like a pumpkin/ just to smash her."

Rihanna unfollowed Chris on the social networking website just hours after he tweeted a link to the song. She posted a comment afterwards saying: "Aw, poor dat #neaux1currr (sic)."

Chris is no longer subscribed to Rihanna's musings on Twitter.

The news comes after the two made headlines when they collaborated on remixes of each other's tracks in February.

It came as a surprise following their messy domestic violence case. Chris pleaded guilty to assaulting Rihanna at a pre-Grammy Awards party in 2009, after which they split.
