Rita Ora is in awe of Madonna's exercise regime because she once tried Pilates and just fell over.

The British singer is a massive fan of the American legend and is in awe of how well the 54-year-old looks after her body. Madonna is known for her love of exercise and dedication to a healthy diet and Rita thinks she could learn a lot from the star.

"I'd be mates with Madonna. She could heal me: I'd go to yoga with her so I feel like I'd get really healthy," Rita mused to Stylist magazine. "I tried Pilates once and it just didn’t work. I completely fell over; I don’t know how people do it. I’ve never met Madonna, but if I did, I’d be nervous and just stare in awe. I’d probably say nothing and she would be like, 'What is this weirdo doing?'"

If she had to pick a king, Rita would go for Michael Jackson. The late pop star has written some of her favourite songs and she is in awe of how talented he was.

Rita would also insist on total honestly among her subjects as she hates it when people lie. Fun would be top of the agenda too, so the 22-year-old star would order people to listen to some of her favourite tunes.

"I’d make everyone relax, have a drink and bounce to some '90s hip-hop. I have parties at my house and play A Tribe Called Quest, Q-Tip, Method Man, Mary J. Blige, Common, Mos Def, Biggie Smalls (of course), Tupac, TLC and Destiny’s Child, who are coming back so I’m really excited. It’s literally all we do; battle on who has the newest '90s mix tapes. It’s all about the mix," she laughed.
