Rob Kardashian: Family's focused on Kim's baby

Rob Kardashian

Rob Kardashian claims that everyone in his family is "excited" about his sister Kim's baby.

Rapper Kanye West announced at a concert in Atlantic City that he and the 32-year-old reality TV personality are expecting a baby.

The Kardashian family is large and Kris Jenner, manager and matriarch, is currently grandmother to her daughter Kourtney's three-year-old son Mason and six-month-old daughter Penelope with her beau Scott Disick.

Rob can't wait to welcome his new niece or nephew.

"I think everyone is just excited about and focused on the baby right now," he told People magazine.

"Kim and Kanye are over the moon happy. I'm so excited to be an uncle again!"

Rob recently suffered a very contentious public split with British pop singer Rita Ora.

Although his sisters got pregnant while they were unmarried, Rob envisions a different future for himself.

"I'm so proud of my sisters, but I'll be married before I have a baby," he revealed.

Rob is proud of how Kim has kept her composure throughout the past few months.

Kim, who is thought to be around 12 weeks pregnant, let her family in on the news one by one.

"[She] told everyone individually," Rob said.

Kim is currently embroiled in a slow-moving divorce from professional basketball player Kris Humphries. The pair separated after 72 days of marriage.

It is rumoured that Kim and Kanye are engaged to marry, but cannot wed until the TV star is divorced from Kris.
