Rob Kardashian once drank so much lemonade he had to have his tonsils removed.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star has lifted the lid on his personal life to Us Weekly, giving the publication a list of things he's always kept secret.

Among them is the revelation that his university diet actually put his health at risk.

"In college, I drank so much lemonade I had to get my tonsils out," he admitted.

It is unknown why the drink caused Rob such problems.

No subject was too embarrassing for the 25-year-old sock designer to touch on. He also explained he needs to have a certain something nearby if he is ever going to get any shut eye.

"I sleep with my baby blanket, Kiki, that my nana made for me," he laughed.

The brother of reality superstars Kim, Kourtney and Khloé was also happy to discuss which of his siblings he prefers. However, he insisted it is actually his half-sibling Kylie Jenner, 15, who he likes to spend time with.

Rob's obsessive compulsive tendencies have been documented in his family's TV show and he happily admits he is a clean freak.

"I sanitise all the phones in my house weekly," he said.

The star also has manicures and pedicures on a regular basis, only works out if he can hear R&B music and revealed he can be difficult to get in touch with.

"I literally change my phone number ten times a year and I don't ever save my contacts," he said.
