Robbie 'weds girlfriend Ayda Field'

Robbie Williams has reportedly married his girlfriend Ayda Field in his Beverly Hills mansion

Robbie Williams has married his girlfriend Ayda Field in his Beverly Hills mansion, according to reports.

Celebrity website People.com said the pair exchanged vows in front of 75 family and friends during a 30-minute ceremony at the property.

The singer, 36, is said to have donned a black tuxedo while his bride, 31, wore a white dress with her hair pinned up.

The couple were rumoured to be getting married on the island of Santa Catalina off the coast of California.

But several marquees were pictured in the grounds of Williams' LA mansion.

Williams' father Pete Conway told the News of the World: "At last, Rob is happy. That's what you want for your kids and this is the happiest I've seen him. Ayda is so beautiful and delightful and so lovely and just so right for him. They are brilliant together."

The Stoke-born star's Take That bandmates - whom he dramatically rejoined last month - are not thought to have flown over for the ceremony. Instead they reportedly sent a series of messages to be read out.

Los Angeles-based Williams and Field have been together for more than three years since meeting through friends. They are reportedly going on a two-week honeymoon before he arrives back in the UK to promote the new Take That material.

His previous girlfriends include model Rachel Hunter, pop star Nicole Appleton and actress Anna Friel. Last month Take That ended months of speculation by announcing Williams was rejoining the band for a new album. He walked out 15 years ago enjoying a successful career as a solo artist.

Williams' publicist has not commented on reports about the marriage.
