Ronnie Wood has proposed to girlfriend Sally Humphries, according to reports.
The Rolling Stones guitarist is believed to have popped the question last week.
A source tells UK newspaper The Sun Ronnie, 65, has been dating the 34-year-old theatre producer for the last six months. But things have quickly turned serious.
"Ronnie and Sally have been friends a long time. He always had an eye for her but she was in a relationship," the insider said. "They've been inseparable for months and he decided to tie the knot again."
The marriage would be Ronnie's third.
He was previously wed to Krissy Findlay from 1971 to 1978.
He separated from second wife Jo in 2008 after 23 years of marriage. Their divorce was finalised in 2011, while he was dating waitress Katia Ivanova.
Ronnie has four children, including a stepson with Jo. The pair also share two biological children; and Ronnie has an adult son with Krissy, who passed away in 2005.
A spokesman for the rocker was unavailable for comment at press time.
