Rosario Dawson: I went to prom alone

Rosario Dawson

Rosario Dawson used to be unlucky in love.

The actress is currently dating Oscar-winning director Danny Boyle after being cast in his upcoming movie Trance.

The 33-year-old hasn't always been a hit with men.

Rosario even went to her high school prom alone as she couldn't find a willing partner.

"I went to prom stag," Rosario confessed to the New York Post.

The New York City resident claimed she was always more interested in studying than pursuing romantic interests in her school days. Rosario has recalled a reunion with her former high school crush, who cemented her memories of being unpopular with the opposite sex.

"[He said,] 'You didn't look like that in high school,'" Rosario explained about the encounter. "[I said] 'Yeah, I did, and you are just confirming that I was invisible to you. That's fine. Moving on.'"

The actress was speaking at a party for her upcoming rom-com Ten Years, which also stars Channing Tatum. Rosario also revealed when she will start shooting the much anticipated Sin City sequel.

"I'm not sure if I'm supposed to say that, but I'm going to say November, I'm going to be honest and put it out there," Rosario told MTV News. "It's very soon. Very excited."

Virgo:

It's difficult to deal with a highly competitive colleague. Every time you submit work, they try to find ways to outperform you. Although you have no interest in pitting your talent against theirs, this other person thinks very differently. Ignoring them won't be possible. A good way to disarm this pest is to invite them out for coffee. Describe what you've observed and ask for a truce. Irrational people are often thrown off balance when their behaviour is addressed in a direct manner.More
