R-Patz: I'd bear up in a circus
Robert Pattinson stars alongside an elephant on his new film, but reckons if he could be any circus animal it would be a bear.
The Twilight star plays veterinary student Jacob Jankowski in Water For Elephants, and was rather envious of the cinnamon roll-fed, vegetarian bear on set.
He revealed: "I like the idea of sitting around all day, being a bear and then eating pastries."
The heartthrob said if he had to pick a highlight of the film, however, it would be co-starring with Tai the elephant.
The 24-year-old joined Academy Award-winner Christoph Waltz and director Francis Lawrence in Berlin to present his latest movie, based on a 2006 best-seller about a travelling circus in the 1930s.
R-Patz - who also shares the screen with Oscar-winner Reese Witherspoon in the film - said he hadn't read the book before accepting the part, but that he is fascinated by the Great Depression era.
