Rylan Clark gets Big Brother job

Rylan Clark is to host Big Brother spin-off show Big Brother's Bit On The Side

Rylan Clark has signed up to present Big Brother's Bit On The Side.

The former Celebrity Big Brother winner and X Factor singer will take over from Emma Willis who is fronting Big Brother after Brian Dowling was axed.

As well as fronting the Big Brother spin-off show, The Sun reported that Rylan will also get his own series on Channel 5 which will showcase his "unique take on the world".

A channel source told the newspaper: "We love Rylan and after he won Celebrity Big Brother it seemed daft not to get him on board.

"He won't just be fronting BBBOTS, he'll get his own show.

"He has so much energy it's unreal. The viewers love him."

Rylan had previously been tipped for a role on Xtra Factor, after Olly Murs quit to focus on his music career.

TV bosses are also reported to be planning changes to Big Brother's main show to be more of a "social experiment" and have fewer "fame-hungry youngsters who only want to show off."

You'll have to make an emotional appeal to your boss. Unless things change, you might have to find another job. You're a very tolerant person, but you can't handle toxic behaviour. A colleague who takes great pleasure in making everyone feel miserable should be reprimanded. Make it clear you aren't the only person who is suffering from their abuse. Explain how this bully is ruining morale. It's a system wide problem that needs to be nipped in the bud.More
