Saldana 'bonding' with Cooper's mother

Zoe Saldana

Zoe Saldana reportedly enjoyed a day out with her beau Bradley Cooper's mother Gloria on Friday.

The Silver Linings Playbook actor is believed to have recently rekindled his romance with ex-girlfriend Zoe.

It is rumoured that Bradley's mother Gloria played a big part in the pair getting back together, as the matriarch was firm in her belief that Zoe is the right woman for her son.

While the trio were out strolling in Venice Beach, California on Friday, Zoe and Gloria appeared to be particularly close.

"Bradley was standing with his dog outside the Mystic Journey Bookstore, while his mother and Zoe were inside shopping," an onlooker told Radar Online.

"The two women were engrossed in deep conversation, it looked very serious, and there was clearly a lot of bonding going on."

Bradley and Zoe met while working on romantic drama The Words.

They promoted the movie during its release in September, which is reportedly when the pair decided to give their relationship another go.

Bradley has previously dated stars including Renée Zellweger and Jennifer Lopez.
