Sam Bailey has opened up about her fears for her unborn daughter, following a pregnancy scare earlier this month.

The 36-year-old X Factor winner was rushed to hospital and kept in overnight after suffering a bleed at home. Doctors have reassured her that her baby girl, who is due in 15 weeks, is healthy.

But Sam, who is already a mum-of-two, has revealed she is not feeling totally at ease with her latest pregnancy because of her age.

Talking to Star magazine, she said: "I'm genuinely panicking about this baby because I'm a bit older and had babies early previously. I am worried about being pregnant again and the whole process."

During the candid interview, the Skyscraper hitmaker, who has been having regular 4D baby scans, admitted she is nervous about having another premature birth.

She said: "I'm not taking any chances. I definitely don't want to be at Leicester Music Festival in the middle of the stage when it happens!"

The pop star, who was previously mentored by X Factor judge Sharon Osbourne on the show, says she is looking forward to Mel B taking her seat on the judging panel for the new series.

"I think Mel B will ruffle some feathers because she's very opinionated. That's why she's on the show. But I hope it doesn't take away from the fact that there are people on the stage performing."

However, Sam reckons there will be a change in Simon Cowell and predicts he is "going to be a bit of a softie".

Capricorn:

Your dry humour will be very popular. It's always difficult bringing a large group of people together. Everybody feels like they are walking on eggshells. After cracking a few jokes, you'll put the group at ease. Resist the temptation to make fun of relatives, especially the more sensitive members of the group. Nobody likes feeling singled out. Watching a light hearted comedy can also be a great way to generate a festive atmosphere. This is a time when people can put their differences aside.More
