Sarkozy gardeners delay X Factor?

Louis Walsh's auditions were interrupted by gardeners

Louis Walsh reportedly had to halt his X Factor auditions due to noise coming from the next door garden - which happened to belong to former French president Nicolas Sarkozy.

Louis and guest mentor Nicole Appleton flew the under-25 boys to the South of France for the judges' houses round of the ITV talent show, and filmed in the garden of a swanky mansion in St Tropez.

But according to The Daily Mirror, filming kept being interrupted by loud hedge strimmers from the next door pad - belonging to Sarkozy and his French model wife Carla Bruni.

According to insiders the hopefuls were filmed singing outside by the pool and in the gardens, but every time the cameras started to roll the sound of the machinery in the next door garden would interrupt.

Eventually show runners popped next door and asked if the gardening work could be put on hold until filming was over.

Luckily for Louis they kindly agreed so that he could pick his X Factor finalists.

Meanwhile, it has also been reported that Louis banned contestants from singing Oasis songs so as not to upset Nicole, who has recently split from ex-Oasis star Liam Gallagher amid allegations he has fathered a child with another woman.

When in doubt, talk to a trusted friend. They'll give you an honest assessment of this bond. A relative may ask to come to their rescue.
