Sawalha shifts weight - and clothes
Nadia Sawalha has gone from Loose Women to loose trousers as she shows off her slimline look.
And the actress, who has shifted three-and-a-half stone in weight, is to trim her wardrobe after being left with a collection of oversized outfits.
Nadia is giving her clothes to British Heart Foundation charity shops for their latest appeal, Big Donation.
BHF hopes to receive 600,000 bags of stock next month as members of the public donate good quality clothing, shoes, accessories, CDs, DVDs, books and toys.
The former host of ITV1's Loose Women - who posed in her old jeans to show the difference - said: "I love fashion but there's no point hoarding all those gorgeous clothes you no longer wear when someone else can enjoy them.
"Everyone can help save lives this September by donating good quality items to their local BHF Shop."
The charity also offers free home collections, with further details and bookings at bhf.org.uk/bigdonation.
