ScarJo planning French birth?
Scarlett Johansson apparently doesn't want a nanny after she gives birth to her first child.
It has been reported that the 29-year-old actress is expecting her first child with fiancé Romain Dauriac, who she got engaged to last year.
She is said to be around five months pregnant already and showed off what appeared to be a small baby bump while on the red carpet last week.
Insiders report Scarlett is planning a water birth at a facility in her beau’s home country. It is also believed she wants Romain by her side to offer comfort during her labour with poetry and guitar-playing.
“Scarlett loves the idea of the baby being born in France in a very private hospital, so nobody will know where they are,” a source told British magazine Closer.
“They don’t want to hire a nanny - Romain says he’ll help out when Scarlett’s working. He wants to be very hands-on with the baby.”
Scarlett is also thought to be excited at the thought of having her and Romain’s child at their wedding. This means that they will allegedly hold the ceremony next year rather than any time soon.
“Scarlett and Romain are closer than ever and love the idea of getting married in Paris next summer with their child with them,” the source added. “They’re so happy – and want lots of kids together.”
Scarlett was previously married to Hollywood hunk Ryan Reynolds, with their divorce finalised in 2011.
At the end of 2012 the blonde beauty admitted that she wasn’t sure if she would tie the knot again. At the time, she also said she wasn’t thinking about “having kids any time soon”.
"I got married when I was young and it was incredibly romantic and I liked being married, actually," she previously told the UK edition of Elle magazine. "But it is different. It's hard to put into words. To me, being in a functioning relationship doesn't mean you have to be married."
