Scarlett Johansson: I toured Amsterdam drunk

Scarlett Johansson

Scarlett Johansson has recalled cycling to a series of bars during a trip to Amsterdam.

The actress likes letting her hair down when she isn’t working. Scarlett recalled one particular trip to the famous party city in the Netherlands which involved exercise and alcohol.

"Last time I went [to Amsterdam] I spent a lot of time riding bikes from one bar to the next - drunken cycling!" Scarlett laughed to the latest UK edition of Marie Claire.

The 28-year-old star also spoke about some of her favourite career moments.

Scarlett starred alongside Hollywood legend Bill Murray in the popular 2003 movie Lost in Translation. The Sofia Coppola-directed movie earned Scarlett a series of award nominations, and the actress says working with Bill was a highlight.

"I was totally star-struck when I worked with Bill Murray on Lost in Translation because I'd been watching his film [Groundhog Day] since I was a kid," Scarlett explained.

The stunning star is partial to the occasional treat when not following a diet for her modelling or film commitments. Her favourite foods are doughnuts and Mexican dishes.

"Babycakes is a vegan bakery in New York that is so yummy. The doughnuts are incredible, with a cakey texture," Scarlett gushed.

"I love Mole in New York; it serves classic, regional dishes and the sauce is flown in from Mexico - it's very authentic."
