Sculpture of Prince due to be unveiled
A contemporary sculpture of pop superstar Prince by a British artist will be publicly unveiled days after the first anniversary of the musician's death.
Inspired by the late singer's 1983 song Little Red Corvette, 2008 BBC Dragons' Den contestant Guy Portelli used a Corvette bonnet as the foundation for his piece.
Mr Portelli (59), who lives in Tonbridge, Kent, also made use of glass mosaic with rich colours and patterns in his tribute to the US star, who died aged 57 at his estate in Minneapolis.
His Prince tribute will be unveiled at the Chelsea Art Fair in London and will be on public view from April 27 to 30, days after the first anniversary of the musician's death on April 21.
